Casablanca Valley | Chile bottle
1. El Viejo del Valle Sauvignon Gris
An abundance of gooseberry, mango and melon fruit show throughout the palate and the finish is elegant and long. This is a deliciously bright and full flavoured white.

Fresh, lightly savoury nose of ripe peach, lemon and fennel. Peachy and cashew nut characters on the palate are matched by a broad, textural palate and clean, fruity finish.

Pale yellow, fragrance of wild flowers and acacia. Fresh citrus acidity on the finish.

4. Chardonnay
The nose is very appealing with aromas of butter and toasted almonds. This is a wine with great balance – there is an underlying acidity that ensures longevity and elegance whilst the intense, opulent flavours fill the mouth without being clumsy or heavy. They style is restrained and almost Burgundian despite the abundance of ripe southern fruits.

5. Duc de Morny Picpoul de Pinet
Floral and enticing on the nose, exuberantly fresh on the palate with pear drop fruit, a slightly salty edge and underlying minerality. Nicknamed ‘la bomba’ this is incredibly fruity and concentrated Picpoul - yet still fine and elegant, with a very long finish.

This wine takes its name from the emerald colour of the Mediterranean Sea. Floral aromas with notes of passion fruit and melon. Subline with fish and seafood. Light in alcohol content at 11%. Moscatel and Gewurtztraminer grapes.

16. Silvermyn Argentum
A Bordeaux blend so this is quite serious but with an underlying depth of dark brambly fruit, rich and plummy with hints of warm cloves leading to a satisfying finish with grippy but well-integrated tannins.

A spicy full bodied red from two local grape varieties; predominantly Tinta Roriz with 15% barrel fermented Touriga Nacional, to give extra structure and complexity. It combines a ripe, rounded, easy to drink style with rich plum and cherry fruit.

A ripe, fruity rich red with juicy black cherry and blackcurrant aromas, with herbal hints. On the palate black cherries mingle with a hint of spice and smokey notes. Ripe fruit on the finish and rounded tannins.
